1. Data Controller

2. Data collected and purposes of processing

The website collects personal data only when the user voluntarily provides it by filling in one of the forms available, specifically:

• Contact Form — name, email, phone (optional), subject and message, to respond to information requests.
• Quote Request Form — personal and contact details, event and requested service details, to prepare a tailored quote.
• Room Booking Form — personal and contact details, and booking details (dates, number of attendees), to manage room availability.
• Job Application Form ("Careers") — personal and contact details, role of interest, cover letter and CV uploaded by the user, to evaluate potential job opportunities.
• Restricted area (login) — email and password (the latter stored in encrypted form), to allow access to the client or admin area of the website.

3. Legal basis and retention

The processing of the data described above is based on the data subject's consent, expressed through voluntary submission of the form, and/or on the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (e.g. a quote request). Data is retained for the time necessary to fulfil the request and, subsequently, for the time required by applicable legal obligations (e.g. retention of accounting/contractual documentation). CVs that are not selected are retained for a maximum period of 12 months, unless the data subject provides different consent.

4. Processing methods and disclosure to third parties

Data is processed using IT tools and stored on servers located in Italy/the EU. Data is never sold or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with technical providers acting as data processors (e.g. hosting provider) solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

5. Data subject rights

Pursuant to Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), the data subject has the right to request at any time:

• access to their personal data and a copy of it;
• rectification or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• erasure of data, when no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
• restriction of, or objection to, processing, in the cases provided for by law;
• portability of the data provided, in a structured and readable format;
• the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

6. Cookie Policy

This website uses exclusively the following types of cookies and external services:

• Technical session cookies — necessary for the website to function (e.g. keeping the user logged in, protecting forms via security tokens). These do not require consent and are not used for profiling purposes.
• Google Fonts — the site loads the "Inter" font from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com), which may record the visitor's IP address according to its own privacy policy.
• Google Maps — a Google map is embedded in the Contact page, which may set its own cookies according to Google's policy.

The website does not currently use third-party profiling cookies for advertising purposes. Should statistical analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics) or marketing tools be activated in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly and, where necessary, the user's explicit consent will be requested via a dedicated banner.

Cookies can be disabled at any time through your browser settings; please note, however, that disabling technical cookies may compromise the proper functioning of some website features (e.g. access to the restricted area).
